Brother Amin

Executive Director of Noor Kids

He’s the founder of Noor Kids, a Harvard-created character-building program that’s reached over 250,000 families in 25+ countries.

Sister Anam

Education Manager of Noor Kids

She is an educator with over seven years teaching children. She holds a Hifz Ijazah in Hafs recitation, a B.A. in English, and an M.Ed. from Rutgers University.

Common questions about the Muslim Treehouse.

  • The Muslim Treehouse is an educational platform designed to help Muslim children learn about their faith in a fun and engaging way.

  • Muslim Treehouse is $25/month or $180/year (save 40%).

  • Videos are available for replay. You can watch the classes based on your convenience.

  • Classes are held twice a week on Thursdays at 6pm CST and Saturdays at 11 AM CST.

  • Unlike our Ramadan Camp programs, our Muslim Treehouse classes are private. Meaning, they are only available for Muslim Treehouse families.

  • Yes, you will need to enroll if you'd like to keep access.

    During the Ramadan Camp, we provided free access to our mobile application.

    However, once Ramadan is complete, only members of the Muslim Treehouse will be able to utilize it.

  • We actually have two different services:

    • Noor Kids - Our monthly children's book series that is sent to families
    • Muslim Treehouse - Our weekly classes that tackle kid's biggest questions

    Families enrolled in Noor Kids do not automatically gain access to the Muslim Treehouse, as it is a separate service.

  • No, however, we invite you to join the Noor Kids Character-Building program. It’s a book subscription created on an evidence-based curriculum. Please note that this is available only in a few countries.

"This kind of program/book is fine for households where parents and children don't pray together in the first place. But think about it we don't need a manual to teach us how to eat or use the bathroom, so why do we need a book to convince us to pray? If you don't raise your kids to understand that skipping salah means skipping their place at the table, no book is going to fix that. All you're really doing is lining Amin bhai's pockets.

The Muslim treehouse has been a complimentary addition to our Islamic upbringing. It includes everything from akhlaq to existential questions that has given my children a thirst for learning about their purpose and the their Creator. I love all the conversations it has opened up and answers questions in a way that is relatable and most importantly they retain for years! It's a staple in our home and I find myself referring to the videos often when I need to talk about serious conversations or even simple ones. As do my children in their conversations with other kids! I feel it has helped me bond and have a better relationship with all my children. What a huge blessing in our community!

The Muslim Treehouse and the Noor book kids are a truly excellent resource. Both are highly recommended and complement each other perfectly.

I used to struggle explaining critical Islamic concepts to my children, Noor Kids now does a lot of the heavy lifting allowing me to add my 2 pence at the end.

Each video has different sections so as my daughter is getting older I chose the sections she benefits from and keep at that.

Extremely clever in the way the whole offering has been structured and one of the best parts is watching complex Islamic concepts being delivered so clearly and watching your child getting it.
