Children's Privacy Policy
Effective: 12/15/2025
1. Overview
At Noor Kids, Inc. (“Noor Kids,” “we,” “us,” and “our”), we deeply value the trust families place in us. The Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 and its rules (collectively, “COPPA”) require us to inform parents and legal guardians about our practices for collecting, using, and disclosing personal information from children under the age of 13 (“child,” “children,” or “kids”). This Children’s Privacy Policy (this “Policy”) explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information from children who participate in our online programs, including Muslim Treehouse. This Policy only applies to children under the age of 13.
Parents or guardians must provide verifiable parental consent before their child participates in any program or before we collect, use, or retain any personal information about their child.
