Noor Kids Return Policy

At Noor Kids, we strive to provide a delightful and enriching experience with each of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Our return policy is designed to ensure your peace of mind while shopping with us.

Return Eligibility:

  • Other Merchandise: All other products (e.g., clothing, accessories, or non-book items) must be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original packaging.
  • Unused Condition: Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return.
  • Items Not Eligible for Return: Any items that have been opened, used, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return.

Important Return Notes:

  • Shipping Charges: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Refund Process: Refunds will be processed in the original form of payment once the return is received and inspected.
  • Return Shipping: Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. 
  • Refund Processing Time: Please allow 3-10 business days for processing your refund after we receive your returned item.

Defective and Damaged Items:

  • Inspection: Upon receiving your package, please inspect the items carefully for any damage or defects.
  • Reporting Damaged Items: If you find any damaged or defective items, please email us at support@noorkids.com within 72 hours of delivery. Be sure to include a photo of the damage or defect in your email.
  • Replacement or Store Credit: We will offer a replacement or store credit for damaged or defective items, based on your preference.

Missing Items:

  • Missing Item Claims: If any items are missing from your shipment, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at support@noorkids.com. Be sure to include the order number, the full name on the order, and the missing item(s).
