Ammar Habib has a passion for writing and a passion for raising the next generation of Muslims, so working at Noor Kids was the perfect opportunity for him! As a creative developer at Noor Kids, he helps develop the book plots for Noor Kids’ monthly books, and, as the book production manager, he is in charge of maintaining the production schedule of the books and maintaining the quality of the books. Ammar is excited about having a small hand in the big impact Noor Kids is making across the globe, Insha'Allah.
Outside of his work at Noor Kids, Ammar is a bestselling & award-winning author. He began his writing career in 2013 while attending college. As of 2021, he has had nine books and a couple of dozen shorter works published, Alhumdulillah. Ammar also works in higher education as an academic advisor at Brazosport College, which happens to be his alma mater.
During his free time, Ammar helps run the local masjid in his community and assists in teaching an Islam class on the weekends. Ammar also enjoys spending time with his family and reading.
