Hiring: Content Marketing Associate [Noor Kids]

Noor Kids is looking for a passionate, creative, and tactical Content Marketing Intern to spearhead content creation and content management focused on helping parents raise great Muslims! If the opportunity to offer value and nurturing through engaging content on Web and Social channels to young Muslims and Muslim parents sounds exciting to you, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities Include:

• Day to Day management and execution of content creation and delivery on our social media channels
• Content creation includes, but not limited to: (a) video & blog-based arts-and-crafts activities that children can complete with parents, (b) development of “list-cles” that parents can benefit from, (c) printable activities that children can enjoy.
• Leverage social content best practices to drive brand and revenue growth through Noor Kids’ social channels
• Work alongside our Head of Marketing, Head of Product, and CEO to leverage our wealth of consumer insights to communicate with our existing and potential customers through relevant and timely content
• Help manage our social media channels (including reporting on channel growth and content performance; potential to be involved with social user growth acquisition)
• Publish cadenced blog posts to website on various relevant topics including but not limited to Noor Kids products and current events

We’re looking for the following qualifications:

• College student completing BA/BS in Business, Communications, or Social Sciences
• First hand experience growing up in Muslim American communities and/or keen knowledge of Muslim American lifestyle strongly preferred
• Proficiency with social media channels channels (including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, Snapchat, Youtube)
• Proficiency with Google Docs/Microsoft Word suite products preferred
