In times like these, we should engage in prayer. If you are not someone who often prays, this is a great opportunity to start. If you don't go to the masjid to pray, then pray in congregation at home. After salat al-maghrib, raise your hands and pray as a family for the people who are oppressed.
We pray for the best for the oppressed and we ask Allah (SWT) to grant them immediate relief.

This special space was called the Cave of Hira. There, he could take a break from the distractions of life and focus only on Allah (SWT).
Since we follow the sunnah of the Holy Prophet (SAW), we should also have a special space to remember Allah (SWT). Read on to learn how you can create your own zen den, and then share it with us!
Age: This Islamic activity is suitable for 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8-year-olds.
Time: This activity should take roughly 20-30 minutes.

Bring "Noor Kids go to Hajj" into your home this week for 45% off, only $4.39 + s/h. But act fast. Expires on September 29th.
Noor Kids go to Hajj!
Noor Kids go to Hajj! introduces Hajj to children by focusing on the rationale associated with two components of Hajj, Tawaaf and Sa’iee.
In the first story, In Allah’s Orbit, Asad draws a parallel between the planets rotating around the sun with pilgrims doing Tawaaf around the Kaa’ba – internalizing a belief that Allah (SWT) is the center of our lives. In the second story, Lost & Found, Amira learns about the power of prayer as she asks for Allah (SWT) for help when she is lost – taking a page from the story of Lady Hajar and Baby Ismail in Mecca.
This book also features an Islamic Invention, a spotlight on the Cave of Hira, a recipe from Chef Yvonne from MyHalalKitchen & much more!
